Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and empathetic Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or remote environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information efficiently and professionally.
Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service quality.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Adhere to performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role (preferably in a call center or remote environment).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
Pay and Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage of $15.25

Technical Requirements:
Webcam for meetings and training purposes
High Speed internet access, must be hardwired, minimum 20 MBPS download and 20 MBPS upload.
Cannot use wifi, satellite, or mobile internet providers.
Cannot use a VPN while on the clock.
Dual Monitors
Wired USB Headset to take calls
Mobile device for two factor authentication
Computer Requirements:
2 GHZ processor, preferably i5 or newer model or Ryzen 5 or newer model
8 GB Ram with at least 2GB of available ram
Windows 11 (active and licensed) or newest MacOS
