Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative 

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Job Overview:  

We are seeking a reliable and empathetic Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or remote environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information efficiently and professionally. 

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers. 

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. 

  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records. 

  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service quality. 

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. 

  • Adhere to performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction. 

 

Qualifications:  

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role (preferably in a call center or remote environment). 

Skills: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems. 

  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes. 

 

Pay and Benefits:

Technical Requirements:  

  • Webcam for meetings and training purposes 

  • High Speed internet access, must be hardwired, minimum 20 MBPS download and 20 MBPS upload.   

  • Cannot use wifi, satellite, or mobile internet providers.   

  • Cannot use a VPN while on the clock.   

  • Dual Monitors 

  • Wired USB Headset to take calls 

  • Mobile device for two factor authentication 

  • Computer Requirements:   

  • 2 GHZ processor, preferably i5 or newer model or Ryzen 5 or newer model  

  • 8 GB Ram with at least 2GB of available ram  

  • Windows 11 (active and licensed) or newest MacOS
