We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who thrives on detail, consistency, and improvement. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for quality guidelines and content standards—ensuring our data is accurate, reliable, and ready to power cutting-edge machine learning models.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze content, and refine processes to help our product reach new levels of excellence. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a measurable impact on both data integrity and product success.

What You’ll Do

Quality & Content Evaluation

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all content quality standards, guiding the team to meet top-tier accuracy goals.

  • Review and evaluate a wide range of content types—text, audio, video, and images—with clear, well-documented reasoning.

  • Lead or participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistency and alignment across teams.

  • Manage multiple projects at once, delivering high-quality work that meets customer expectations and KPIs.

Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Build and maintain high-quality, unbiased datasets for model evaluation and performance tracking.

  • Translate complex product goals into clear, actionable labeling guidelines.

  • Investigate and resolve quality issues quickly, identifying root causes and sharing practical insights with engineering and product teams.

  • Partner with Leads and Managers to enhance QA processes and implement data-driven improvements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Experience creating or applying labeling guidelines and maintaining consistency across data sources.

  • Proven ability to connect data quality to product performance and business results.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • A self-starter mindset — organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Why Join Us

  • Work with a talented, collaborative team shaping the next generation of AI products.

  • Opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful innovation.

  • Flexible, supportive work environment focused on quality, collaboration, and impact.
