Responsibilities:
Be the welcoming face of our brand, offering personalized assistance to customers on product details, sizing, and styling, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
Engage customers through personalized phone calls, emails, or char interactions, creating bespoke experiences tailored to their needs and preferences.
Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and collections, guiding customers with expert advice to make informed purchasing decisions.
Handle customer inquiries with finesse, addressing concerns regarding orders, shipping, and returns, leaving no stone unturned in delivering exceptional service.
Collaborate closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences that uphold our brand's values.
Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, utilizing our CRM system to maintain accuracy and provide personalized service.
Assist with order placement, order status inquiries, merchandise questions, exchanges / returns / appeasements, sales questions and other general customer inquiries.
Order processing and auditing as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in luxury customer service is preferred, but a passion for delivering exceptional experiences is paramount.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building genuine connections with customers.
A deep appreciation for luxury fashion and a keen eye for industry trends.
The ability to work independently and remotely, showcasing excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in technology and online platforms, including CRM systems and order processing software.
A positive attitude, fueled by a genuine passion for assisting customers and a dedication to delivering nothing short of outstanding service.
Flexibility to adapt to non-traditional working hours based on customer demand.

Salary: $16-17 per hour

Technical Requirements:
High-Speed, hardwired internet with at least 20 down/20 up speed.
No wireless, satellite, Wi-Fi-based internet services.
Peripheral equipment must be wired-usb variants (Headset, keyboard, mouse)
Webcam required for training, coaching, and meetings as needed.
2 monitors.
Wired USB Headset for taking calls
Desktop or Laptop Computer with at least 2 GHZ processing power, 4 GB RAM, and running Windows 11 or the most recent MacOS version available.
You must have administrative access on the computer you intend to use.
