Activus Connect is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Temporary Recruiter to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in identifying top talent, managing the recruitment process from screening to offer, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and screen incoming resumes

• Assess candidates against technical and role-specific requirements

• Conduct virtual interviews

• Issue offer letters and follow up on candidate responses

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure hiring goals are met

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Time management and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Basic computer literacy, including understanding components like processors and RAM

• Comfortable navigating computer settings to retrieve system specs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior recruiting or interviewing experience in a remote setting

• Familiarity with remote onboarding processes

Technical Requirements:

• For this role you will need your own computer and high speed internet access that meets the below guidelines.

• Desktop or Laptop (Chromebooks, tablets, iPads, Winbooks, Virtual Machines, etc are not permitted)

• Windows 11 or most recent MacOS

• Minimum 4GB RAM

• Minimum 2 Ghz Processor

• Hardwired internet with minimum Download and Upload speeds of 10 Mbps

  • You are not permitted to use WiFi while working.

  • You are not permitted to use a VPN while working.

• You will be conducting video interviews as part of this role, so having a quiet, private workspace with a clean, professional background is critical.

• You will need a webcam and a USB headset with a mic for this role.

Candidates must possess permanent, unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
