Position Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Talent Acquisition department with sourcing, candidate follow up, recruitment administration, and on site support for hiring processes in Monterrey. This role is ideal for someone interested in learning about recruitment operations, candidate management, and administrative coordination within a nearshore staffing environment.
The intern will support the team with day to day recruitment tasks, including candidate research, tracker updates, interview coordination, report preparation, and general administrative follow up. This is a hybrid position, with some days on site in Monterrey and some days working from home depending on the team’s needs.
Responsibilities:
Support the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
Assist with candidate follow up through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or other communication platforms.
Help review resumes and identify candidates who match basic role requirements.
Update internal recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, ATS platforms, and reporting tools.
Assist with interview scheduling, candidate status updates, and administrative follow up.
Support the preparation of candidate summaries, recruitment reports, and pipeline updates.
Provide on site support in Monterrey when needed for recruitment related tasks, interviews, onboarding preparation, or client driven hiring processes.
Help organize documentation related to active openings, submitted candidates, interviews, and pending follow ups.
Assist with general administrative tasks related to Talent Acquisition operations.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to keep candidate information organized and updated.
Requirements:
Interest in recruitment, human resources, talent acquisition, administrative coordination, or people operations.
Good communication skills in English and Spanish.
Organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, email, and online platforms.
Ability to follow instructions, manage different tasks, and ask questions when clarification is needed.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar, and LinkedIn.
Availability to work Monday to Friday from approximately 9:00 am to 2:00 or 3:00 pm.
Nice to Have:
Experience using LinkedIn for research or outreach.
Interest in learning about bilingual recruitment, nearshore staffing, and client driven hiring processes.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
