Position Summary
The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service, strategic guidance, and successful project execution across multiple digital marketing initiatives. This role combines account management, client relationship development, project coordination, and strategic planning to support client growth and long-term success. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and experienced in managing cross-functional teams within a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts.
Build strong client relationships by understanding business objectives, marketing goals, and growth strategies.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple client projects.
Develop project timelines and coordinate internal resources across marketing and creative functions.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and expectations.
Lead recurring client meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and ensure follow-up.
Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or obstacles.
Review campaign performance and communicate insights, recommendations, and opportunities to clients.
Identify opportunities to expand client engagements through additional services and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership to support account growth and long-term client success.
Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and change requests.
Maintain accurate project documentation and client communications.
Implement project management best practices to improve efficiency and consistency.
Provide regular project updates and status reporting to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Project Management, or Digital Marketing within an agency environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, Analytics, and Creative Production.
Experience managing multiple client accounts and concurrent marketing initiatives.
Strong relationship management and client communication skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and projects effectively.
Experience interpreting marketing performance metrics and translating insights into recommendations.
Proficiency with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday .com, Jira, or similar tools.
Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
