Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Fullstack Engineer to help build a modernized valuation platform and related workflows from the ground up, replacing legacy Excel-based processes with a scalable architecture and improving user experience. In this role, you will work across production maintenance and new design/build workstreams, collaborating closely with cross-functional distributed teams and US-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design build and maintain enterprise web applications using Vue.js on the frontend and Python on the backend.

• Modernize complex enterprise workflows transitioning legacy tools into modern digital solutions.

• Take strong ownership of features working on complex enterprise custom applications from initial concept through deployment and production maintenance.

• Apply a practical adoption of AI assisted development tools into daily development workflows.

• Collaborate daily with US stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.

• Requirements:

• Approximately seven to ten years of software engineering experience or demonstrated relevant capability.

• Strong technical proficiency in Vue.js and Python.

• Demonstrated experience taking strong ownership of complex enterprise or custom applications.

• Practical adoption and hands on use of AI assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot Cursor or Claude Code.

• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills with a proactive problem solving mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with FastAPI.

• Experience with commercial real estate or valuation platforms.
