As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our hiring process—screening and assessing candidates, conducting prescreening interviews and assessments, and recommending highly qualified and diverse talent who meet the needs of our clients and business.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted recruitment partner to candidates and night-shift hiring managers, providing timely updates, addressing hiring needs, coordinating candidate processing, and helping resolve recruitment challenges. You'll also represent and promote our employer brand through job fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives, while supporting candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.

What you will do as a Recruitment Specialist

·       Review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the job descriptions.

·       Conduct thorough candidate prescreening interviews, computer-based assessments, and recommend highly qualified and diverse candidates who meet the requirements for the role.

·       Act as the single point of contact (Account POC) for designated candidates for all recruitment-related concerns.

·       Understand recruitment demands, required skills, and candidate profiles within the assigned area of responsibility and accounts handled.

·       Provide recruitment support to hiring managers during the night shift, including addressing their inquiries, clarifying recruitment processes, providing candidate updates, and assisting with urgent hiring concerns.

·       Act as the primary recruitment contact for night-shift hiring managers, ensuring timely responses and effective coordination to address staffing and candidate-related needs.

·       Discuss recruitment and candidate-processing challenges with the Manager and/or Immediate Superior and recommend necessary actions with sufficient lead time to process additional candidates.

·       Promote the company’s recruitment brand through active participation in job fairs, conferences, and other networking and marketing events.

·       Collect relevant personnel documentation, coordinate background checks, and complete other onboarding tasks.

·       Negotiate compensation rates and packages with candidates within approved guidelines.

·       Align employees around the company’s mission through education, engagement, and various initiatives.

·       Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

What We're Looking For

·       At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.

·       Experience conducting candidate screening, prescreening interviews, and assessments.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

·       Experience coordinating background checks, personnel documentation, and onboarding requirements is an advantage.

·       Flexible and willing to work varying schedules, with primary availability for mid-shift and night-shift schedules.
