About the Role:

As a CSM at Clientbook, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they succeed using our platform. You'll onboard new customers, provide support, identify growth opportunities, and advocate for their needs. This role requires understanding the luxury retail landscape, excellent communication, and passion for client success.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide proactive support.
  • Monitor client performance and identify improvements.
  • Gather feedback and advocate for client needs.
  • Identify upselling/expansion opportunities.
  • Minimize churn and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years in customer success or similar, preferably SaaS.
  • Luxury retail experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • CRM proficiency a plus.
