About the Role:

As a Product Manager at Clientbook, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring our platform continues to meet the evolving needs of our clients. You'll work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to bring new features to life and drive product growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury retail landscape, strong analytical skills, and a passion for building exceptional products.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product roadmap based on market research, client feedback, and business goals.
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Write detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely and high-quality product development.
• Work with marketing and sales to launch new features and drive adoption.
• Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably SaaS.
• Luxury retail experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Data-driven and results-oriented.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
