About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Clientbook, you will be the first point of contact for many of our potential clients. Your primary focus will be qualifying leads, scheduling demos for our Account Executives, and driving pipeline growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a hunter mentality, and a passion for connecting with people. Experience in the luxury retail space is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels (phone, email, social media).
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Schedule qualified demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in our CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified demos.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Luxury retail experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone and email etiquette.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to handle objections and persevere.
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) a plus.
