We’re looking for a driven, conscientious, and highly organized Support & Operations Specialist to partner with our team on support tickets, sales ops tasks, and administrative responsibilities.

In this role, you’ll be on the front lines with customers—triaging incoming support tickets, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and collaborating with our sales and leadership teams to keep deals moving forward and operations running smoothly.

What you’ll do at Grain

You will have a variety of responsibilities, helping you build several skills and learn the workings of a SaaS company:

  • Support Responsibilities: Manage customer support tickets via Intercom (resolving or escalating as needed), assist with onboarding by scheduling and conducting calls, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Sales Ops Responsibilities: Update CRM (HubSpot, Vitally) based on client communications, prepare contracts and order forms, draft follow-up emails referencing Grain call notes, and manage inbound leads by responding to requests and following up with no-shows.
  • Administrative Support: Review and organize daily calendars, manage inbound emails from customers, and direct requests to the appropriate team members.
  • Other Support: Send affiliate agreements and codes, handle cross-functional operational processes (sales, support, HR), and run small, delegated ops projects as needed.

Location

Remote, but needs to work at least 5 hours overlap with US Mountain working hours (9-5 PM)
