Your Role: Human Resources Administrator – In this role, you’ll help keep the day-to-day operations of our HR crew running smoothly. From supporting new employees as they join the company to maintaining accurate records and assisting with internal processes, you’ll play an important part in creating positive and well-organized employee experience. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, people-focused, proactive, and trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain accurate HR records and update HR systems with new hire information, employee changes, and other personnel data.

  • Organize and maintain confidential employee records (both electronic and hard copy) with a high level of accuracy and discretion.

  • Support the onboarding process for new field employees, including reviewing and verifying required employment documents.

  • Assist with employment verification requests and respond to routine HR inquiries.

  • Collect and compile information to help prepare HR-related reports and summaries.

  • Assist with preparing, distributing, and organizing internal documents, policies, and acknowledgments.

  • Provide administrative support during internal audits.

  • Coordinate HR meetings, projects, and employee-related events.

  • Support the HR crew with a variety of administrative tasks and projects as needed.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and enjoys helping others. While HR experience can be helpful, it’s not required. Success in this role comes from strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

  • Two years of related administrative or professional work experience; human resources experience is helpful but not required.

  • Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive, confidential, and time-sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to take initiative and support a variety of tasks and projects.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with flexibility and willingness to learn.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work effectively.

  • Ability to work on-site at our Santa Ana office (this is not a remote or hybrid role)

  • Eligibility to work in the United States, full-time (Monday-Friday) with overtime as necessary.

Nice to Have But Not Necessary

  • Associate’s degree or higher (equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).

  • Experience with HR software.

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.

Compensation

A reasonable base compensation estimate for this position is $23.00 – 29.00 per hour + comprehensive benefits + potential for a discretionary profit-sharing bonus.

Individual pay within this compensation range may span multiple levels within the role and is determined by assessing job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. It also factors in market demands and business needs. The disclosed range may be subject to change or modification based on business needs in the future.
